REGISTER

Before enrolling in classes, all new students must first register for an account. This step secures your spot and ensures you can access and manage your sessions anytime. Simply click the Register button at the top of the page to create your account.

ENROLL

Once registered, return to the website and click the Enroll button to choose up to 8 sessions that fit your schedule. You can spread your sessions across different days and times to suit your needs. Keep in mind that spaces are limited, so it’s best to select your classes early!

TRAINING

At F1rst Class Training, our approach is rooted in fostering a balanced blend of skill development, physical conditioning, and mental resilience. Each session is carefully structured to build on the previous one, progressively introducing more advanced drills and game scenarios. We begin by mastering the fundamentals—dribbling, passing, and shooting—before transitioning into game strategies, teamwork, and leadership. Through a combination of high-intensity drills, scrimmages, and one-on-one coaching, athletes are challenged to push their limits while developing the mindset needed for success. Whether working individually or as part of a team, players are supported and motivated to transform both as athletes and as individuals.

COACHES

At F1rst Class Training, our coaches bring a wealth of experience and a shared passion for developing young athletes both on and off the court. With backgrounds in Division 1 college ball, professional play, and competitive coaching, they understand what it takes to reach the next level. Each coach is committed to instilling discipline, resilience, and a strong work ethic in every player, emphasizing not just skill development but personal growth. Their goal is to push athletes to exceed their own expectations while providing mentorship and support at every step of their journey.

Jada’s basketball journey began at age 6, leading her to play Division 1 ball and compete professionally. She starred at Memphis and Arkansas State and represented the Puerto Rico national team at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Now, she’s passionate about helping players fall in love with the process of greatness, believing that embracing the grind is key to reaching their full potential.

Jada Stinson

Lamont Brown

A St. Louis native, Lamont has made his mark as a dedicated coach, leading teams from middle school to high school, including a successful run at Hazelwood Central. Now, he’s excited to coach F1rst Class’ 8th Grade Boys Team. His coaching philosophy is simple: “You may be more skilled, but you will never outwork me.”

Alexia Duncan

Alexia, a St. Louis native, has played basketball since she was 6 and competed in college for four years at Blackburn and Missouri Baptist. She emphasizes the importance of confidence and faith, advising players to stay focused and believe in themselves, because a strong mindset is the key to success both on and off the court.

Jarrett grew up with a passion for basketball, playing every chance he got and always striving to improve. During his high school years at Parkway Central, he became a standout player, averaging 27 points per game his senior year and surpassing 1,000 career points. He went on to play at Barton Community College on a scholarship. Today, Jarrett’s mission is to help young athletes reach new heights in their basketball careers as the coach for the 17U team.

Alfred Carey

Coach AJ grew up playing club basketball in St. Louis and became a vital player on the varsity team at Hazelwood East High School. After high school, he continued his basketball journey at the collegiate level. His advice to young players is simple: put in the hard work at practice, but always make time to work on your game on your own.

Steph White

Steph has been passionate about basketball his entire life. He played at McCleur South Berkeley, now known as STEAM Academy. With a dream to coach at a high level, Steph now serves as the assistant varsity coach at STEAM, where he helps young athletes develop the skills and drive needed to excel in the game. His dedication to the sport and his players reflects his lifelong love of basketball.

Who wants to get stronger?

As the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, Camus brings a wealth of experience in building both physical strength and character. He’s a N.A.S.M certified personal trainer, a dedicated husband, and a father of six. With a history of mentoring athletes and serving as the head trainer at Emerson YMCA, Camus is passionate about helping others grow stronger both mentally and physically. His impact in the community continues to inspire those around him.

Cross Keys Middle School

  • Classes Available: Monday Skills and Drills, Tuesday All-Level Training, Thursday Skills and Scrimmage

Cross Keys Middle School is home to some of our most challenging sessions. With extended training hours, this facility provides ample time for both foundational skills and advanced game-time strategies. Players will be pushed to test their limits and grow both individually and as part of a team.

Redman (North County Recreation Complex)

The Redman Complex offers an intense environment for conditioning and all-day camps. Here, athletes build both endurance and strength through a combination of drills and full-court scrimmages. MICDS (Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School)

  • Classes Available: Wednesday Skills Development, Thursday Evening Advanced Training

At MICDS, athletes have access to premier facilities where they can sharpen their basketball IQ through scrimmages and advanced drills.
